Accuracy, privacy, security and accountability are important in a public, industrial and infrastructure environment, where IronForge Industrial Painting and Sandblasting (IronForge) business.

The present Communications Policy contains the principles according to which all external communication published by IronForge is subject to containment in order to ensure that the information is conveyed through approved, controlled, and professional communication in line with the industry and governmental standards.

IronForge only uses approved and validated methods for external communications, such as:

Because of the nature of IronForge's work, external communication is necessary:

  • Traceable and documented

  • Compliant with regulations on safety, compliance, and confidentiality

  • Absent any casual, conjectural, or promotional remarks

IronForge does not do business via unofficial or unregulated channels of communication.

Public Platforms and Social Media

Public social media channels are not essential to IronForge's business strategy or messaging.
All official communications are governed by this Communications Policy and IronForge's Social Media Policy, which outlines the company's stance on not using public social media platforms and making illegal statements.

Media, Public Statements, and Third Party Enquiries

IronForge established communication channels must be used for all media queries, public information requests, and third party interactions.
No agent, subcontractor, or employee is allowed to:

  • Provide public statements

  • Engage with media

  • Disclose project related information

Without explicit written authorization from IronForge management.

Representation and Conduct

Individuals associated with IronForge must not:

  • Represent yourselves as official spokespersons without authority

  • Disclose client, project, or site information publicly

  • Publish information that may fairly be taken as an official IronForge viewpoint

Personal views must not be portrayed as comments on behalf of IronForge.

Impersonation and Misrepresentation

Any information, communication, or account claiming to represent IronForge that is not transmitted via authorized IronForge channels will be considered unauthorized.
IronForge does not use unofficial or third party channels to request business, collect money, or get private information.

Compliance and Enforcement

Failure to comply with this policy may result in:

  • Revocation of authority to represent IronForge

  • Termination of engagement or employment

  • Contractual or legal remedies when relevant

IronForge maintains the right to take necessary measures to safeguard its reputation, customers, and operational integrity.
